KFD Studio was founded in Milan in 1995 by chartered accountants and corporate lawyers.

The firm specializes in corporate restructuring and finance operations and counts among its clients leading Italian and foreign companies.

In 2002, KFD Studio was established in Bari (Apulia, Italy) the second headquarters, this office specializes in assisting the main national law firms with assignments for forensic assistance in corporate, banking and commercial disputes, consultancy on tax and accounting matters and statutory auditing was added.

The firm has gained experience that allows it to offer services to SMEs and large companies with the same effectiveness. Depending on the size of the customer, services are modulated with a prevalence towards small and medium-sized enterprises for Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Tax Services, and forensic, Governance and Evaluation activities for large national and international companies.
